Flat rate, quoted and approved before work starts. With hourly billing, the risk of a job taking longer than expected sits entirely with you. We would rather carry that risk ourselves, because it means the number we say is the number you pay.
Real arrival windows, based on where the nearest crew actually is. Urgent calls get same-day attention where we have capacity. Commercial work is scheduled around your trading hours by default, which usually means nights, early mornings and weekends.
If a repair will hold, we will say so instead of selling you a replacement. If your 100 amp panel can take the EV charger without an upgrade, we will run the load calculation and tell you. And if we find something inside a wall that changes the job, you hear about it before the invoice does.
